Wesley Daniel
Wesley is a third-generation builder with over 20 years of hands-on experience in residential new home construction. He brings a unique blend of family tradition and modern expertise to every project. With a career that spans grading, masonry, farming, framing, interior trim and door installation, landscaping, restoration, and both commercial and residential development, he has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability. His collaborative work with the NC House of Representatives further highlights his commitment to aligning industry practices with state standards and community needs.
A graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. in Construction Management (minor in Business Management) and honors in 2006, Wesley has continuously demonstrated excellence from the classroom to the construction site. His academic achievements, including membership in the Sigma Lambda Chi Honors Society, complement his practical expertise—a foundation laid early on at Fuquay-Varina High School, where he graduated with honors in 2003. Earning accolades along the way such as academic honors at East Carolina University, the FFA Volunteer Service Award, and recognition as a North Carolina State Champion in baseball. His athletic background—as a four-year letterman in baseball and a two-year letterman in football—reflects the discipline, teamwork, and drive that he carries into every professional endeavor.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Wesley is a devoted husband and proud father of three. He is deeply involved in his community, holding memberships with the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association (since 2019), HBA of Wake County, the East Carolina Construction Association, and as a lifelong member of Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church, along with active participation at Coastal Community Baptist Church since 2019.
Whether overseeing a complex construction project or mentoring the next generation of builders, Wesley remains dedicated to excellence, integrity, and service—values that have been the cornerstone of his lifelong commitment to the construction industry.
Jackson Tyler
Jackson Tyler brings together a solid academic foundation with real-world experience. A graduate of Carson Newman University with degrees in finance and an MBA, Jackson also spent five years competing as a collegiate golfer—an experience that shaped his discipline and work ethic. During his time in school, he interned under Wesley, always hoping that one day he’d return in a full-time role.
Today, Jackson channels his lifelong passion for construction into every project, earning a reputation for his dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. For him, it’s about more than building—it’s about creating something meaningful alongside a team and clients he values.
When he’s not on-site, Jackson enjoys time with his wife and daughter, often out on the golf course or simply making memories together.
Garrett Garner
Garrett Garner brings over 20 years of construction experience to his role as Project Manager, with a proven track record across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and multifamily projects. His portfolio includes work for Duke University, AC Marriott, and the U.S. military.
He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from East Carolina University and carries multiple industry certifications—including OSHA, ASHE, and CQM. Garrett pairs his deep field expertise with a strong command of modern construction tools like Bluebeam and Open Space AI to ensure projects run efficiently and meet the highest standards.
Outside of work, Garrett enjoys time with his wife and stays busy running his two kids between sports schedules. When he gets the chance, he’s happiest casting a fishing rod.
Gavin Lewis
Originally from the Delaware beaches and a graduate of Wilmington University,Gavin brings together a strong educational foundation in the construction industry, as well as many years of experience. Specializing in high-quality residential homes, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional craftsmanship with a great eye for detail.
What truly sets Gavin apart is his commitment to the client experience. He believes in spending meaningful time with every homeowner to understand their vision, guide them through the process, and help to bring their dreams to life. For him, it's not just about building houses—it's about creating homes and lasting relationships.
Gavin now calls North Carolina home, where he enjoys the outdoors—especially fishing, boating, and being by the water. He lives with his girlfriend, Brady, and their dog, Millie, and is happiest when surrounded by friends and family.
